Designed to receive the drip from chicken, fish and meat, absorbing water or other residual liquid components, converting them into gel.

Greaseproof/Waxed/Silicone Paper - Sira-Flex

It is a paper for transporting or wrapping meat and other foods: Food does not stick to the paper and it does not become soaked or weakened. Paper is permeable to air and moisture vapor, so food can breathe and steam and excess moisture is not retained. They can be used to transport minced and ground meat, also as interlayers.
